International Orders (Shipping outside of TAIWAN)

We make every attempt to ship within 3~5 business days after receipt of your order.
International orders are shipped via Chunghwa Post Priority Mail International. BE ADVISED THAT THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY IMPORT DUTIES, REGULATIONS, OR RESTRICTIONS AND SHOULD CHECK WITH THEIR LOCAL AUTHORITIES BEFORE PLACING ANY INTERNATIONAL ORDER.
In the event of a backorder or discontinued item, we reserve the right to hold your order until complete, ship as is and ship the remaining items later, or substitute a similar item.

Backorders

If an item is temporarily out of stock, it will placed on backorder and shipped as soon as the item becomes available. If paying by credit card, you will not be charged for items until they are ready for shipment. We try to keep the website updated daily and items that are out of stock will be noted as such. Of course, auction items are always available for immediate shipment.

Return Policy

Seed packets may be returned intact for refund within 30 days. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable after orders are shipped.

Warranties

Seed is a live product which depends on many important related grower skills such as proper planting time, seed depth, type of soil, irrigation, proper use of fertilizers, weed controls, fungicides, insecticides, disease free soil, and reasonable weather conditions during the growing period. Germination is affected by such factors as temperature, moisture content, light intensity and contamination of planting media. These factors are totally out of the seller's control and are the buyer's responsibility and risk. Consequentally, the seller cannot unconditionally guarantee seed to perform properly regardless of conditions or the buyer's methods or mistakes.
