All orders are shipped by the Chunghwa Postal Service. We can ship to your PO Box! Estimated time until fulfillment is usually 5 to 8 business days.

For orders outside the Taiwan - Check with your customs officials to ensure there are no restrictions on ordering certain types of seeds. It is possible that a Phytosanitary Certificate and re-export certificate may be needed in order to receive the seeds into your country. There is an additional charge for these certificates.

Orders CANNOT be added to or changed once they have been placed. Submitted online orders go directly into our processing queue. We do not store your online payment information.

Seeds are guaranteed to germinate at reasonable rates for one year from the date of purchase. Seeds are also guaranteed to grow true to type. Seed packets may be returned for only these reasons, and are only eligible for an exchange or refund up to the purchase price of the item. We are not responsible for return shipping costs. We are in no way responsible for crop failures, insects, disease, floods, drought, terrorism and acts of God.

Merchandise is guaranteed to be free of defects. Any faulty or broken merchandise may be returned for a full refund or exchange up to 10 days from time of arrival. We are not responsible for return shipping costs.
